This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for consultation products purchased from Forcerystrengtha through forcerystrengtha.world. Because our services consist of personalized nutrition variety consultations rather than physical goods, this policy is tailored to the nature of our offerings.

Scope

This policy applies to all consultation packages offered by Forcerystrengtha, including the Starter Variety Session priced at eighty-nine dollars, the Weekly Meal Diversity Plan priced at one hundred forty-nine dollars, and the Full Month Nutrition Variety Program priced at three hundred forty-nine dollars. By purchasing any of these products, you agree to the terms described below.

Cancellation Before Session

If you need to cancel your consultation before the scheduled session date, you may do so without penalty by providing at least twenty-four hours written notice to message@forcerystrengtha.world or by calling +17754348580 during business hours. Upon timely cancellation, you may choose to reschedule your session to a future date within ninety days or receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancellation requests received less than twenty-four hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of fifty percent of the product price, reflecting the reserved time of our consultants and administrative costs associated with last-minute changes.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule any consultation session at no additional charge by providing at least twenty-four hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four hours notice may be accommodated at our discretion, but repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

For the Full Month Nutrition Variety Program, each of the four weekly sessions may be rescheduled individually following the same twenty-four-hour notice requirement. Sessions not rescheduled or attended within the ninety-day validity period may expire without refund.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available under the following circumstances: you cancel at least twenty-four hours before your first scheduled session; Forcerystrengtha cancels or fails to deliver a scheduled session due to consultant unavailability and cannot offer a suitable alternative within fourteen days; or you experience a technical failure during a video consultation that prevents the session from proceeding and we are unable to resolve the issue promptly.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you are dissatisfied with a completed session. To request a partial refund, contact us within seven days of the session with a detailed explanation. We will review your feedback and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another resolution at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations: you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice; you cancel with less than twenty-four hours notice and choose not to reschedule; you have already received consultation materials such as variety blueprints, rotation guides, or shopping lists delivered as part of your purchased package; or the ninety-day validity period for your package has expired.

Digital materials and written summaries provided after a consultation session are considered delivered services and are not eligible for refund once sent to your email address.

Package-Specific Terms

Starter Variety Session: This single-session product may be cancelled or rescheduled once at no charge with twenty-four hours notice. After the session is completed and the email summary is delivered, the purchase is final.

Weekly Meal Diversity Plan: If you cancel after the initial ninety-minute session but before the mid-week check-in call, a partial refund of fifty percent may be issued. After the mid-week call and delivery of the seven-day rotation calendar, no refund is available.

Full Month Nutrition Variety Program: If you cancel after the first weekly session, a prorated refund may be calculated based on remaining unused sessions, minus a twenty percent administrative fee. After the second weekly session, no refund is available except in cases of consultant error or service failure as described above.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, contact Forcerystrengtha at message@forcerystrengtha.world with your full name, the consultation product purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within three business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a cancellation or refund request, you may escalate the matter by sending a written complaint to our New York office at 304 Park Ave S, New York, NY 10010, United States. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on forcerystrengtha.world with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
